Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy explains how Clearchart handles personal information collected through this website. Clearchart is in development, and this website only collects information about people who join our waitlist. It doesn't collect any information about aged care residents.
What we collect
- Your name, work email, role, organisation, organisation type and state or territory
- Optional answers about your facility's size, how you chart medicines and the problems you've seen
- Anything you choose to write in the notes field
- The date and time you gave consent to be contacted
We ask you not to include resident names or health information in the notes field. If you do, we'll delete it.
Why we collect it
To manage the waitlist, contact you about Clearchart's launch, and understand which organisations need it and why. We won't use it for anything else without asking you first.
Where it's stored
When you join the waitlist, your details are sent to us by email and kept in our contact records. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your information. We may use service providers, such as an email delivery service, to contact you. We'll only use providers that keep your information confidential and secure.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquiries@s82.studio. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
Complaints
If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, email enquiries@s82.studio and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
